Tomasz Besta, Associate Professor at the University of Gdańsk, focuses his research on intergroup relations, gender stereotypes, masculinity threat, collective actions, radicalization, and group dynamics. He coordinates and actively participates in many international research projects, cross-cultural studies, and conducts workshops and lectures promoting science. He is the co-author of two books and numerous scientific articles.
