Dorota Lepianka supports MEN4DEM as a project manager. She a social scientist (PhD in sociology) and a member of Collaborative Research Support Team at the University of Amsterdam, Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences. The Team specializes in providing comprehensive pre- and post-award support to collaborative EU-funded projects. Dorota is directly involved in implementation of multiple consortium projects; she specializes in questions research ethics, ethical data management, open science and academic integrity. She supports MEN4DEM as a project manager. Before she moved to the field of research support, Dorota conducted cross-disciplinary and multi-method research on social exclusion, justice, solidarity and (European) citizenship.
